3. What lengths do your nail tips come in?

All our tips are 3XL, giving you extra length that can be customized to any style. Simply cut or file them to your desired length — from natural-looking extensions to dramatic, statement nails.

4. How do I know which nail tip size to use?

Each tip should fit your natural nail from sidewall to sidewall without being forced. If you’re between sizes, choose the slightly larger tip and gently file the edges for a perfect fit.

5. Do I need to file every single tip?

Not at all! Our tips are pre-shaped, so you can simply cut them to your desired length and go — no need to file every single nail.

6. Are your products beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Our products are made for both beginners and experienced nail techs. Each product has detailed descriptions and usage tips to help you get the best results.

7. How long does a box of nail tips last?

Our boxes range from 200–420 tips, depending on the shape needed. You don’t always need a full box — we also offer refill bags so you can top up as needed, making it easy to manage inventory while staying fully stocked for you. For most nail techs, a single box can last a few weeks of regular clients.

8. Do you offer refill packs or single sizes?

Yes! In addition to full boxes, we offer refill bags so you can replenish popular sizes without buying a whole box.

9.How should I store my products?

Keep all liquids tightly sealed and store products in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight or extreme heat to keep them working perfectly for longer.

10. Do you restock items frequently?

Yes! Popular products are restocked regularly, and you can sign up for notifications if an item is temporarily out of stock.
